• Billing data — plan and transaction records (card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and interactions, collected to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We use personal data to provide and maintain the Service; process your recordings to deliver scoring and coaching; process payments; secure the Service and prevent abuse; communicate with you; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted, improve our features. We do not sell your personal data.

To deliver coaching and scoring, your recordings and transcripts may be processed by automated and AI systems, which may include self-hosted models and vetted third-party providers acting under contract on our behalf. We do not use your private User Content to train models for other customers without your consent.

We share data with service providers (such as hosting, payment, email, and AI infrastructure) under confidentiality and data-processing obligations; with your organization’s administrators where you use a team account; and where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for the period required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We use technical and organizational measures — including encrypted secrets management, access controls, rate-limiting, and audit logging — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing (for example, under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA).
