Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective July 17, 2026 · OratoPlus is a product of Atmakosh LLC.

OratoPlus is a digital subscription service — we provide software delivered over the internet, with no physical goods, so there is no shipping or return of items. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes work for paid OratoPlus subscriptions.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, with no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not automatically prorate or refund the remainder of a billing period on cancellation, except as described below or where required by law.

2. Refunds

14-day satisfaction refund. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that charge. Contact us at support@atmakosh.com and we will process it to your original payment method.

Renewals. Subsequent recurring charges (renewals) are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your next billing date; cancellation stops all future charges.

Billing errors & discretionary refunds. If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a valid cancellation — contact us and we will correct it. We may also issue refunds at our discretion for service outages or other exceptional circumstances.

3. Disputes & chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first at support@atmakosh.com — we can usually resolve billing issues quickly, often faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

4. Legal & export restrictions

OratoPlus is operated from Georgia, United States. The service is subject to United States export-control and sanctions laws, and is not available to individuals or entities barred from receiving it under those laws. Refunds and access may be withheld where prohibited by applicable law.

5. Promotions

Discounts, trials, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the offer, which control where they differ from this policy. Promotional credits and discounts have no cash value and are not refundable.
